September 2017 Newsletter

We are getting ready for two new ladies!  One is coming on October 6 and the other on October 10!  We are so excited to have them join our Sanctified Hope family.  Jessica and Deana have moved over to the other duplex to make room for the “newbies”.  Their schedules are going to be totally different and our “older” girls have more privileges than what the new ladies will be able to have for a while, so to avoid any temptations for the new ladies, we thought this would be for the best.  They will all eat together and do classes together, just have different sleeping quarters.  Please be in prayer for the new ladies to acclimate and adjust to all of the new things they are about to embark on.
Deana and Jessica are both working part-time jobs.  Jessica going to school full-time and doing fabulous and Deana is starting her Welding program next week!  Jessica is also doing Jobs for Life at the Center of Hope.  They are very busy!!  Thankfully, God blessed us with a car for the ladies to use.  Another one would be so beneficial, so if you have one to sell (or donate) we would love to hear from you!
North Texas Giving Day was September 14th.  Thank you everyone who donated to Sanctified Hope!
Our board of directors meet every year to strategize and put our heads together to come up with a strategic plan for the next 5 years.  A big shout out and thank you to Steve Wells!  Steve is a business coach with Focal Point and just happens to be married to one of our board member, Gayle.
North Side Baptist Church had a ministry fair where 54 ministries had the opportunity to share about their mission.  Sanctified Hope participated in it and we had 12 new people sign up to find out more about Sanctified Hope!  God is so good!
We had 7 ladies come to our Fall High Tea this month!!  What a wonderful fellowship!  It’s always so nice to be able to share with others how God is working in this place!!

A NOTE FROM OUR DIRECTOR

Dear Friends,

Fall has arrived and as I sit here at my desk looking out my rain dropped window, I am in awe of how perfect God’s timing is.  From the changing of the seasons, to us waiting on the next girls to be released, God knows the perfect time for something to happen. He has it all planned out. I am learning to trust in His perfect timing; and it’s so cool to look back and see how He orchestrates everything.  Again, I am in Awe of Him.  Sanctified Hope is where I know I am supposed to be.  I pray that He uses me for His work and His glory!  I pray that each and every person that comes here sees the hand of God at work.

God Bless You!

Sharon

How can you be a blessing to Sanctified Hope?

It costs $300 per month to house a lady at Sanctified Hope. Scholarship opportunities are available. Most of the ladies that come are not able to pay. If you would like to sponsor one lady for one month, or for six months, we would be so grateful!

Joyfully,
The Board of Sanctified Hope
